Event Summary

Locals’ Night is taking a holiday spin. This month, Holiday Cheer on the Pier wraps up with a special Locals’ Night: Sandy Cane Lane x Art Mart on Thursday, December 18. Enjoy live music, photos with Santa, a festive sand sculpture, and the return of our fan-favorite car decorating contest (Sandy Cane Lane), where car enthusiasts deck out their rides in holiday spirit for a cash prize. Celebrate the season seaside with lights, laughter, and holiday cheer.

Shop unique art, handmade goods, and festive finds from local artists, then explore Sandy Cane Lane: a glowing lineup of decked-out cars, holiday décor, and festive surprises.

Join the fun with Books & Cookies' musical storytime for kids in the charming Merry Go-Round building at the Santa Monica Pier! This lively session blends playful stories and sing-along songs to create an engaging, unforgettable experience. Perfect for little ones and their families, it's all about sparking joy, laughter, and a love for reading in a magical, historic spot by the sea. Come make some happy memories!

TAVISH DJ

TAVISH was born and raised between Ocean Park and Venice, seamlessly blending hip-hop, house, and techno in his sets and productions. He’s released records under multiple monikers, including collaborations with SONNS on LA’s ESP Institute, and co-runs the edit series TAVISH DJ. As one-half of Warehouse Preservation Society with TK, he’s produced remixes for artists like Daniele Baldelli & DJ Rocca, Romain FX, and DJ Garth & Anthony Mansfield, with releases on Futureboogie, Dusk Recordings, and Love On The Rocks.

JAMMA DEE

Westside LA native JAMMA-DEE (Dyami O’Brien) is a DJ, producer, and beatmaker rooted in the West Coast funk and boogie scene. A protégé of LA’s famed Funkmosphere parties, he’s collaborated with artists like Steve Arrington, Joyce Wrice, and Mndsgn, and released music on labels including Arcane and NBN Records. His 2023 debut album Perceptions blends hip-hop, funk, R&B, and house, showcasing the signature sound that’s made him a staple in LA’s underground music community.

AIDEN RAMOS

AIDEN RAMOS, a Venice local, is a re-recording mixer for television and a respected DJ and producer. His sets glide through balearic, downtempo, disco, and house, creating immersive journeys that have moved dance floors from LA to Berlin to Thailand. With releases on Muy Muy Limited and Controlla, Aiden has shared stages with legends like DJ Harvey and Apiento. He also founded Amore Disco, a rising party series lighting up the LA scene.

XICA SOUL

XICA SOUL is a Los Angeles–based DJ and radio host known for her energetic, genre-spanning sets that bring people together on the dance floor. Her mixes blend sweet soul, downtempo, house, disco, and boogie, always rooted in connection and community. She currently hosts SoundProof on Dublab and has appeared on Hyde FM, Worldwide FM, NTS, Vans Channel 66, Fault Radio, and The Lot Radio, honoring the global roots of dance music with every set.
