How long is the walking tour
The tour will take one (1) hour or 60 minutes
Where is the tour meeting point?
The tour meeting point is situated under the Santa Monica Pier Yacht Harbor Sign, at the corner of Colorado Avenue and Ocean Avenue. Look for the meeting sign at the top of the bridge, and our friendly guides will be there to welcome you and begin the "A Walk Through Pier History" experience!
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, refunds for the cost of tickets are offered within 24 hours of the initial purchase. Any cancellations outside of that window will result in forfeiture of all ticket fees
What do I do if I don't receive a confirmation email?

Can I transfer my ticket to another day?
Unfortunately, no. If you're unable to attend your reserved time, you will need to cancel and purchase a new ticket.
Can kids take the tour for free?
Kids 12 years and younger do not have to pay for a ticket and are welcome to join us on the tour.
What if I can't make the time of my tour?
If possible, please cancel your reservation with at least 24 hours notice if you're unable to attend your tour.
Can I go on or join a tour if I don't have a ticket?
No, but tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 AM
Should I be prepared to tip my tour guide?
Our team is not expecting tips. When guests choose to tip, our team shares the generosity as a group.
