Kyle Descher - May 17, June 14
Kyle believes we’re meant to move—and that strength, balance, and flexibility are outcomes of practice, not prerequisites. His classes, set to melodic beats, focus on building a strong foundation and finding stillness through the balance of yin and yang. His favorite pose, Virabhadrasana II, symbolizes exploration and presence. He looks forward to seeing you on the mat.

Teaching since 2006, she blends vinyasa flow with yoga philosophy and Taoist energy practices for a grounding, expansive experience. Shayna’s classes feature curated playlists and a welcoming space for all levels of healing and self-care journeys.

Known for her vibrant energy and deep compassion, she builds connection through movement, music, breath, and shared experience. Beau Campbell - May 31
Beau Campbell, a former ballerina, began practicing yoga in 2006 and became certified in 2013. She created YogarinaFLOW™, a dance-inspired yoga practice that blends creative movement with self-expression.
